With Nicole McCabe
Saxophonist and woodwind player. Bass clarinet on four tracks of Scoobert Doobert’s I (2024): ez pz, only the beginning, it gets better, and golden state of mind. Nicole McCabe plays bass clarinet on four tracks of I (2024): ez pz, only the beginning, it gets better, and golden state of mind. The DistroKid credit panes label that role Clarinet. The I liner notes, and Luke, call it bass clarinet: an unknown unbranded clarinet from Reverb, with D'Addario reeds. The liner notes say he knows her primarily as a saxophonist and asked her after seeing her play bass clarinet.
Alto saxophone on AFTER-PARTY and AFTER-AFTER-PARTY is an earlier credit. The finished DistroKid panes for those tracks do not list it.
Flute and music on JAZZ FLUTE and JAZZ FLUTE (MOAR FLUTE). The finished DistroKid panes list those two roles for her. Music and lyrics on both is Luke Francis Walton, BMI 00579587572. MOAR FLUTE has no singing line.
Love Music More: Instant Musicality with Nicole McCabe (Dolphin Hyperspace, Louis Cole, Patrice Rushen) (March 10, 2026). That episode is her account of the wider career. This page stays on the Scoobert credits.
