Lyrics
It's ok to not be ok Everything is ok Everything's ok (Ok ok ok) Everything is ok (Ok ok ok) Everything's ok I'm like a boat without a motor I just keep floating on Yeah no one has died From the feeling inside Make you think you're going overboard Can't even swim But my raft is still holdin' I see your knees in the water You're sending a message in a bottle saying Saying saying It's ok to not be ok Everything is ok It's ok to not be ok Ok (Ok ok ok) Everything is ok (Ok ok ok) Everything's ok I'm slipping Yeah I'm falling way behind now Should've set a timer But I wake up tired Put pressure on my future self But I doubt that lazy bitch will ever change Like, the future never came Like, my daily is the same I tried to medicate my brain right Meditation I never find the time But I hope that Yeah I hope that Oh I hope that I will tomorrow Oh yeah yeah yeah Nothing is ok Everything is ok It's ok to not be ok It's ok (Ok ok ok) Everything is ok (Ok ok ok) Everything's ok
Joshoo × Scoobert Doobert: international collab (2023); co-written by Josh Shpak and Luke Francis Walton.

Joshoo × Scoobert Doobert single (2023). On October 5, 2026, Spotify showed 8,458 plays, 2:48. The count moves. Co-written by Josh Shpak (Joshoo) and Luke Francis Walton per Deezer writer metadata. The hook is the mental-health tautology (it’s ok to not be ok / everything is ok) until the last chorus flips it: nothing is ok.
Shpak is the trumpeter and horn arranger behind Peter Gabriel’s i/o era: album credits on Road to Joy and Olive Tree, plus i/o The Tour (2023) on trumpet, French horn, EWI, keyboards, and vocals (Wikipedia, Pitchfork). Earlier: founding Ripe trumpet player (Berklee funk/alt-pop). Joshoo alt-pop production and sync work: Shoutout LA.
