Live from the Void
Eight live recordings (2021), pandemic-era Scoobert cuts performed and released as a standalone live set; not a visual album like earlier LPs.
Listen: Full virtual concert (directed by Max Horwich)
Live from the Void is a release group of eight live recordings: mostly songs from the Masks and Monsters and Little Hug era, plus standalone singles like 2020 Is Over and My Friend, Scoobert. Listed on MusicBrainz as a Scoobert Doobert live set; streaming platforms date individual tracks 2022.
Unlike the long-form visual albums on earlier records, this is a straight live bundle, a snapshot of North Park pandemic material performed for release. Luke Francis Walton wrote, played, and mixed the studio originals; these are performance versions, not new compositions. Bravo Buggs played drums on the live set.
Creature Comfort: Unity MV with Max Horwich · Full Virtual Concert (directed by Horwich), both on /music/#selected-videos. The Love Music More Live from the Void solo episodes document the Unity/VR build.
Notable metadata: I Want Yu Yu - Live and My Mind Is Slowly Slipping - Live list J MESA (Taylor James / Babidi) and Malik LovesYall on the features (studio My Mind was feat. Babidi on Masks and Monsters): see With J MESA.
