Also credited as The Needle Drop, The Internet's Busiest Music Nerd
American music critic and YouTuber behind The Needle Drop (Wikipedia). Reviewed CHAI WHOLE, produced by Luke Francis Walton, in a fan-captured reaction clip on this site.
Anthony Nicholas Fantano (born October 28, 1985) runs _The Needle Drop_, covering album and track reviews, weekly roundups, and industry commentary, billed as “The Internet’s Busiest Music Nerd.” _The New York Times_ (2020) described him as “probably the most popular music critic left standing” for under-25 listeners; Wikipedia documents the channel from 2009, track-roundup format, and mainstream visibility.
On this site Fantano enters only as reception on Walton’s CHAI production: a fan-uploaded Needle Drop reaction to WHOLE (まるごと · NHK Koisenu Futari theme · Walton producer). Not a co-write, session, or production credit. Listed with the CHAI credits.
Critic and reception only. Fantano has no co-write or production credit with Walton; this page records his reaction to WHOLE.
