Lyrics
I'm gonna scream Maybe take a nap Alexa, where's some pizza at? I'm gonna dream Of sitting on a plane What I'd do for a free drink I gonna plan A party for my friends See them when the future ends I'm talking Ooo Surely you don't think that we will go it alone but I'm not a killa, so I'll stay in my home and Yeah Checkin' out And now I'm out of touch I waste a month or two Nothin' different nothing really changed There's nothing much to do Takin' off with all the anarchy But sitting on my hands Creature comfort come and comfort me Then wash another pan Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo I gonna plan A party for my friends See them when the future ends I'm talking Ooo Surely you don't think that we will go it alone but I'm not a killa, so I'll stay in my home and Yeah Checkin' out And now I'm out of touch I waste a month or two Nothin' different nothing really changed There's nothing much to do Takin' off with all the anarchy But sitting on my hands Creature comfort come and comfort me Then wash another pan Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo Time, there's no time There's time So much time (Toilet paper) Checkin' out And now I'm out of touch I waste a month or two Nothin' different nothing really changed There's nothing much to do Takin' off with all the anarchy But sitting on my hands Creature comfort come and comfort me Then wash another pan Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo Time to celebrate No time to celebrate Doo doo doo
Lockdown loop: scream, nap, Alexa pizza, plan a party when the future ends, stay home cause you're not a killa, creature comfort and wash another pan: time to celebrate, no time, toilet paper.

Track three on Masks and Monsters, also a standalone single (April 2020). Luke solo, North Park lockdown record. Not a cover: the title plays on creature comfort as domestic coping, not travel nostalgia.
The verses run on shrunk ambitions (scream, nap, ask Alexa for pizza), with travel and bar culture filed under lost pleasures and social life deferred to when the future ends. The pre-chorus names the moral math of early COVID plainly: I’m not a killa, so I’ll stay in my home. Responsibility as simply staying put. The best line balances small mercies against endless dishes, creature comfort come and comfort me, then wash another pan, and a break drops the March 2020 panic into a single word: (toilet paper). The outro loops time to celebrate, no time to celebrate, holidays on the calendar with no party to throw.
Same locked-in room and grin-under-pressure as A Good Life. Pairs with Snuggle With Shaggy and Pandemic Blues; the exhale comes later on 2020 Is Over. A 2022 r/ifyoulikeblank post asks for chill bedroom pop like Slum Sociable and Still Woozy. The thread did not reopen here, so the reply is not transcribed.
